Importance of Fish Oil
For just about every person out there I recommend fish oil because of the tremendous amount of Health benefits of it. It is an essential fatty acid which means it has to be obtained from diet; your body cannot manufacture it. It is an Omega 3 fatty acid that is also found in almonds and some other nuts. We get the fish oil from fish, naturally, but it is because down the chain the smaller ones are eating plants and sea vegetation. It is from this that we get the fatty acid. For a similar reason cows that are grass fed have a much healthier ratio of good fats to bad fats as opposing cows that are grain fed. Some of its many benefits are:
