Fatigue

Fatigue is a common problem for people to suffer within today’s lifestyle.  Often times the problem is not a lack of sleep; it’s a lack of proper diet, nutrition and Chiropractic adjustments. 

We have so much sugar in our diets that creates a quick spike in energy followed by a crash.  In order to counteract this crash we use caffeine, more sugar, caffeine and more sugar.  Eventually our energy levels plummet and all we can think of is sleep. 

Sometimes it may not be a caffeine/sugar problem, it’s possible to have a reasonable diet but still be lacking in proper nutrition.  B-vitamins and other supplements that support your adrenal function (energy hormones) may need to be added to the diet. 

Finally, some people find that when their nervous systems are not functioning properly their energy levels aren’t either.  Chiropractic care will balance the nervous system and cam help restore energy levels back to where they should be in order to make our days more productive.
